Kijiji is a Canada only site similar to CL. It's not a membership site... just register and it's free to post.
Shipping would be at the discretion of the seller; email him/her and ask. They may expect payment up front.
I bought my Bentley manual and 101 Projects book from a fella in Toronto, and he did ship, no problem.
