rkwei no longer runs the site and it is now owned by Pelican Parts, who is generally very permissive with the postings. "No auctions" means don't list an item here expecting people to compete with bids 'till you are ready to sell.

Links to eBay have been done regularly without any issue and the original post by rkwei said it was okay:

Sell a part/vehicle you own
Refer to a listing at another auction site, eBay et al.

That being said, I think that if you use the classified section to simply market your eBay sales, without offering the items here first, it may become a problem.
