Most Spec racers use a fiberglass version as it is much lighter, which is critical that high above the center of gravity.

Boxster racing parts
Lot of spec guys get from this guy. Good guy! Their hardtops are for racing only and can't be sealed from the elements like a factory aluminum hardtop.

There are also the Z-tops which are for sale on ebay.
Makes your Boxster look like a Cayman.

Anybody used the Pedro/Pelican hardtop? Looks like it's on $625 shipped, cheaper by at least $200 shipped than anywhere else.
