This is my first time with a 996 so I'm not familiar with them. It looks like the tips unbolt between the back of the tip and the muffler. I'll know more once I start removing the motor. I also need to research what's a fair price for them. I usually find the cheapest price on ebay for a comparable item, and then beat it. EDIT; $60 shipped for the pair

I don't right now. I plan on using the one on the 996. When I do get them, I sell the whole center radiator, brackets, air dam and hoses for $150 plus shipping

Woody,

Is the 996 a manual or Tiptronic? Looking for the 3-spoke steering wheel w/airbag.
What color is the 996? It looks black or a very dark blue, I'm in need of a metallic black front bumper cover.

Thanks

It's a manual. It has a three spoke, but not the tipronic like you're looking for. The bumper needs some work and it's also not metallic. $150

Woody, I'll take the front bumper for my '99 if he doesn't want it. I'm planning to do some body work and fresh paint when the weather warms up anyway. Let me know if it is available. thx. (Currently it has spray-can "Bumper Paint" and I cringe every time I look closely at it.)

Here's some pics. It needs some work. There's a member on here who has an extra boxster front bumper cover. He was over at my place yesterday and I forgot to ask him about it. I sent him a PM about it later on but haven't heard back from him.

What's going on redneck? I had a PSE but sold it awhile back. It wasn't loud enough for me and I needed the $$. I'm holding onto the Dansk until I can hear it in person to determine if I like it or not. There's a member on here who has one he's selling. I'll PM him to see if it's ok to let people know.

" I'm probably not going to pull mine off for about 3 weeks but I am willing to sell it. I'm thinking $400.00 plus shipping. If you have folks willing to wait a little bit then sure you can tell them about mine. " rfuerst911sc

I just talked to the member with the bumper cover. He's up to selling the bumper cover but not with shipping it. So if anyone is interested in a good bumper cover, you'll have to drive to Houston to get it.

Thanks. I am not going to make it to Houston in the near future, so I'll have to pass. The 996 bumper is a little rougher than I was hoping, but I'm not ruling it out. I'll pull mine off this week and see just how bad it is. I'll probably just refinish mine. Would shipping be about $200 to Oklahoma?

I don't think it would be that much, but it won't be cheap either

I am looking for a joint rod (non-adjustable) for a 97 Boxster. It's part #17 in the attached picture. Do you have one available?
Thanks
