Hi Woody,

Do you have the clips that hold the roll bar trim to the roll bar ? I'm looking for three for a 2001.

Thanks

If you are wanting the plugs on the back of the padding that keep the padding attached to the rollbar, that will be $20 shipped. $20 shipped is my minimum for anything. There's a total of 8. If you're wanting the three pieces that hold the center wind deflector in, you'll want to buy those new.
Thanks woody

If we're talking about the same thing, I managed to get it done. The front side marker light connector plug. A friend told me to check VW. So I passed by Pull-a-Part and got a couple off a later model VW. The spade connectors were the same but the housing was too big. So I cut it down to fit, wired it in and looks like it will work. Little extra electrical tape and she's done.
What I do need is the triangular reflector on the driver's side headlight. Got one? Also, the "ash tray" lid stays open - can't close it. Is there a trick to fixing it? Replace it? Thanks.

You'll have to buy those corner pieces new. Try cleaning the area where the lid mechanism is. Sometimes that helps. If I have a good working ashtray It's going to be $50 ,but I'd suggest a new smoker delete for almost the same price.

Thanks! Appreciate your advice.
How about the driver side sun visor?

Sorry I'm out of all of those for now. It's best to follow my facebook page Woody's Parts LLC and call dibs on them when they come in

I have lots of visors but they're all missing the cover.

I see that I'm not the only one in line for those elusive lexan wind deflectors. Maybe I'll have to get out the jig saw. ;)

jpc1818 03-15-2017 05:43 PM

Do you have a black convertible top, preferably with a glass rear window?
Thanks,

I have the lexan, but not the frame (swapped in Fred's illuminated lexan). Probably not much use to you without the frame.

GTA_G20 03-22-2017 08:29 AM

You'll have to buy that new. The rubber is usually brittle and broken off on these cars from Texas. I believe they're not that expensive

rfuerst911sc 03-23-2017 03:33 PM

Woody I sent you a PM let me know please . Thanks in advance .

My headlights are burned under the lens. Do you have a decent set of headlights?

Edit: Pat said that you said I owe him a beer. You're right. That hood was a tighter fit in that Wrangler than I thought it'd be. :)

Hi Chris,
It was a tight fit. I had to take the hinges off the hood and we had to move all kinds of things to get it in there. Luckily he only had to drive an hour with that thing. To answer your question, sorry headlights go quick. Even the ugly ones! The spec guys eat up most of my body parts. Have you looked into those projector lights Fred makes?

Xpit77 03-31-2017 03:49 AM

Hey Woody,
99 base I need a pair of rear struts.

alm001 03-31-2017 04:20 AM

Hey Woody, if you have one, can you send me a price shipped to 06074 for the plastic cowl piece under the wipers? Mine is broken on both sides where the 10mm nuts go.

Thanks

Hi, I'm guessing you have a 2001-04 because they're always broken for those years. I'm not sure why Porsche changed the design because the 97-00 are never broken. I wouldn't buy a 01-04 used because I have a theory that the mounts on them suffer plastic fatigue from the wind blowing.

Wheel bolts

I have a 2003 boxster s. When trying to do some work my wheel lock key shattered. Lost faith in wheel locks so I need to replace them with standard lug bolts. And a few of mine are in poor shape, breaking down in the shoulder

What do you want for 8 wheel bolts to fit this car, shipped to 20815, if you have them?

Thanks, Carlos

itsnotanova 05-01-2017 04:14 AM

Hi, I typically charge $20 for four shipped and each additional lug bolt is $2.50. All lug bolts would be rust free but might be discolored a little. Those security bolts only stop the owner because he lost the key or maybe a baby thief as any real wheel thief gets right past them.

In for 8. How do we proceed? Private message?

I usually sell those with the hood but I believe new ones aren't too expensive

Sorry, I meant front suspension struts... shocks. Thanks

Cbonilla 05-04-2017 05:17 PM

Just want to acknowledge that I bought 8 lug bolts from Woody to replace my locking ones and a few others that were in bad shape. Fast shipping and they were in great shape

Thx, Woody

amagalla 05-10-2017 09:52 AM

Woody, Do you happen to have an ash tray?

Tony

itsnotanova 05-10-2017 04:40 PM

I think I might have the 97-99 but I'm pretty sure I don't have any for 00-04 in good condition. I can check tomorrow

.Jack. 05-10-2017 04:49 PM

Looking for a drivers side tail lamp for an '03 base. Specifically the base for the bulbs. I don't need the housing.

Happen to have a drivers seat (non heated) in savanna beige?

Looking for parts

Hi, I was wondering if you have an ecu, alarm control unit, computer ignition and key for a manual 986 Boxster?

I have the seat bottoms for a 97-99 in beige but not much else. I just had a guy from Mexico buy most of my seat inventory.

I sell the kit for $350+shipping. The vin number of the vehicle it came out of will be written on all the parts. I'll need to know what year your boxster is, base or S and what immobilizer your car came with.

What's the difference? Keep in mind that I'm going to be sanding it and repainting it, so even ones in bad condition will do as long as the door still works.

Tony

itsnotanova 05-12-2017 11:42 AM

the 2000-04 has that crappy soft touch paint. I'd do a functioning 2000-04 with scratches for $25 shipped

Do you have the three spoke steering wheel with airbag to fit a 99 996 is good condition?

jeeper31 05-14-2017 06:30 AM

Hey Woody. You have any engines? I am having some trouble. Not sure what I am doing yet. Looking into my options.

Thanks.
