Cover or rubber plug that covers the headlight removal opening
My Boxster (2001S) is missing the passenger side, I think both are exactly the same.

You can buy that part from the dealer or from many websites that sell OEM parts for about $4-6.

I can't say with certainty, but I think the PN is: 999 703 413 40.
I would check the one you already have in the car and see if it has a Part Number.
