Had an 03 Boxster S tip -Jeep made a bad turn across my lane resulting in me t-boning him. He was 100% at fault and their insurance has declared it a total loss. I'm probably going to be looking into a 987 or 997 so I'm getting rid of a lot of the 986 stuff I have laying around.
If anyone's interested in the following stuff let me know. I probably won't be getting anything else out of the car so I can't really take any requests. I'm not including prices on anything because I'm completely open to offers so feel free to PM me for more info and pics.
The original Porsche rear Bose speaker / subwoofer enclosure. The car was Black with Graphite Grey Standard Leather so the carpeting on the enclosure is the same graphite grey. Includes the little plastic clips that hook underneath the enclosure
CDR23 (996.645.129.02, Becker model number BE6612) with the matching Becker MOST amp (996.645.333.03). The amp is labeled 4166MOST, 9X6, not sure if there were different models during these years. The CDR23 comes with the radio removal keys and the amp also has the mounting bracket attached. I had removed both the radio and amp a few years ago to install a Pioneer radio that did not use the stock MOST amp. The radio and amp were working at the time I took them out but I haven't tried them since removing them. There is some slight wear on the "Volume" text under the volume knob but other than that looks cosmetically fine.
The clear plastic windstop between the seats. Not sure what it would take to retrofit on a car that doesn't have it already but if anything it would make a good replacement window. This is just the window portion with the plastic clips attached to it - there may be plastic parts that attach to the rollbar to hold the windstop up. Also includes the passenger and driver plastic inserts that go into the rollbar hoops behind the seats. I'm not sure if these are part of the original Windstop package or not. They are black colored and in great shape. The whole windstop package is part number 000-044-800-78-OEM I believe
The original spare tire on the red spare rim including the cover, styrofoam holder, emergency jack, and the securing bolt to hold it up in the front trunk. Used once for approximately 20mi.
The original toolkit with case and all the original tools (headlight removal tool, wheel guide pin, tow hook, etc). All of the tools are in good shape except for the lugnut removal pipe which cracked during a tire change. Can easily be replaced with a 19mm socket which is what I've used for years.
The four stalk blinker assembly that includes the OBC stalk and cruise stalk. I had purchased this and installed it to replace my original 2-stalk and used my Durametric to turn on the OBC. Also includes the rubber gaskets that go around the blinkers to seal the sides of the steering wheel.
The Bentley Boxster repair manual for the 1997-2004 Boxster. Book is a little dirty from being used around the garage but is still completely usable. Purchased new less than a year ago for $70.
The air/oil separator boot from an AOS change I did a few years ago. Should be part number 996-107-237-52-M100.d
AOS vent line that I was going to install since my old one had started cracking. Still new in the packaging from PelicanParts. Part number 996-107-147-58
Any of the original manuals for the car and the original leather binder that held it all in the glove box. The binder is a little worn with age but still usable and the manuals are in good shape.
The Porsche license plate holder, should be part 996-701-107-00-M100. A little worn with age but in good shape overall.
