Jaay:

I may have one from the time I replaced my AOS. I'll have to look in the garage to see if I kept it.

It's from a 1998 986 2.5 engine, so not sure if it would fit your 3.4.

Regards, Maurice.

J Tube

If it's known ad the J Tube, I have a brand new one. I bought it when I bought all of the AOS parts but didn't need to replace it. It's still in the bag. My car is the 2001 S

I'll take a picture and post it.

Yes and no. It is the tube but there is another version that has a flexible tube on it. I think I need that one. Thanks for taking the time to take the picture though...

nope.. Just on a 2.5 or a 3.4 there is no bend in the T that the TB connects to so it has to be a different shape. Ill try and find a photo.

Wow! Thanks. I need one #5 with side of fries Let me know if it is for the 2.5 or a 2.7/3.2 I need one for a 2.5. The intake plenum sits differently on the 3.4 than the 2.7/3/2 Thanks in advance...

Jaay:

I found my old "j-tube", part #5 in the diagram. The tube itself is in good shape, but the clip on one side is kaput, with the O-ring intact.

It is from a 2.5.

Here are two photos of the part, including the broken clip:

Don't know if you can use one of the clips from your part, but if you can use it, it's yours.

Regards, Maurice.

Mo... Your the man. I have other ends that I can put on it so the clip will work. I am going to be in your neck of the woods tomorrow night/afternoon. Let me know if you will be around. Or if your not doing anything I have to go to Giants/Jets stadium to do a floor plan for the Jets draft party on Thursday. So if you want a free tour of the stadium and the VIP areas that is where I am going tomorrow. Let me know
