My '02 2.7 has TC, and I haven't figured out how to turn it off. There is one turn at all the tracks where it interferes, and I really need to solve the puzzle of turning it off. I can't find anything in the owners manual about it.

Is the '02 TC the same as the '03 PSM? My PSM seems to turn-off completely with the button on the dash. I've heard others say that the button doesn't turn everything off, but I've never had it kick back on with the button off.

My '99 tiptronic had traction control.

It was the first vehicle I've ever had with traction control. My wife was the primary driver and being a tiptronic car I didn't really "play" in it. BUT when it snowed pretty hard a few years ago the traction control worked like a boss. I could pass just about anything on the road, on all season tires no less. And the dash would do all kinds of flashing. So my opinion of the traction control is quite positive.
