We’ve made it easier than ever for you to buy with confidence with our newest program giving you the ability to swap out qualifying broken and worn parts purchased at Pelican Parts after January 1st, 2023 with no time limit or expiration! For the first time with us you have the power to send us back the worn/broken parts purchased this year and onward for reimbursement allowing you for stress-free purchases on the majority of our automotive parts catalog.

The process is simple:
• Check our list of exempt products to verify your item is not listed.
• Purchase an exact replacement of the item(s) you ordered
• Fill out an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) with your previous order number + details
• Send us back the broken/used parts in the box your replacement came in for your store credit!
