You have 2 options

1st option is you can call your insurance agency and report a claim against the construction company and have it repainted or buffed like new on there expence

2nd option is you can try getting it out yourself by using a varity of polishes and scratch removers but when the abrasions will always be there and you'll have to re-buff those areas over and over so they dont show atleast once every 2 months.
