Let's start with a good price for a running, well-maintained 911SC coupe with 100K miles: Over $35K but likely under $40K, so somewhere in the high-$30's. Subtract $3K-5K for a targa or cabrio.
Subtract $5K for the transmission
Subtract $5K for the non-original bodywork
Subtract $5K-8K for not running in 10 years (tires, shocks, major service, fuel tank/system flush, a/c refurb, and a couple of unexpected items)
This leaves the car somewhere in the low-20's. If you can find a buyer at $25K, take it without discussion. $20K might be on the low end, so selling at that price probably depends on how badly you want to sell the car.
