I've replaced both front and rear covers on my car. My front is a GT3 Bumper MKI the MKII that you specify comes from the newer cars and is more than likey a fiberglass remake that has the headlight cut outs to fit the boxster. I would highly recommend you stay factory and go with the GT3 MKI as it is a direct bolt on. I did the install myself. The first time i removed the cover it took about 30 mins off and 30mins on. It really simple. Ive done it afte that just to clean around the radiators and it takes 10mins to get it off and 10mins to put it back on.
