Tarett sells a stud kit for that now, it is like $20 and (when I got mine) has enough to do more than 1 986, since the kit is designed to fit multiple models of car. Might be something to consider as a replacement when you get this fixed.
If you don't have the brakes on and off a lot, some anti-seize would probably do the trick for next time.
