Drive all three (2.5, 2.7, 3.2) models, then choose whichever model you like best based on condition and price.
Don't get too hung up on power alone as all Boxster's have more than enough power to scare the crap out of yourself and any Boxster, regardless of engine size, will make you happy every day.
