There are two clutch switches on a manual transmission Boxster. One detects that the clutch is depressed in order to start the car. The other detects if the clutch is depressed for the cruise control.
If the car starts, then the P1137 isn't critical (but it certainly is an oddity!), so I'd suggest focusing on the P0600 CAN Bus error and then go from there.
