If it is a 987 Cayman then my guess would be yes, since the Tarett rear sway bar they sell is the same model of 986 & 987:

Porsche 986 & 987 Hollow Adjustable Sway Bar , Boxster & Cayman

Here are some details on the relative stiffness of the various bars, including the data for the Eibach rear sway bar for 986 (spoiler alert - the Eibach bars are stiff )
