The seller definitely went the extra mile in writing the description!

With that being said, I would worry about a car that's only been driven an average of 671 miles per year because there are a lot of components that need replacement due to age, not just miles. If the previous owners strictly followed the Porsche recommended service schedule, that car is likely in need of a lot of maintenance.
