Just to clear up any confusion, Fred makes HID projector kits that must be installed into pre-existing headlights (no ready made options).
That said, the completed headlights have no equal in looks or performance. The install isn't exactly easy, but plenty have done their own.
Mine are pictured below. I installed Fred's Vivo series projectors, along with some smaller projectors (for the dual projector look) and some custom made daytime running lights.
