I took the wheel back and had them remove the rest of the rag. I did not have nice things to say to the service manager and, as luck would have it, the shop owner was there. I touched the paint up, but it doesn't look perfect. Luckily, it's hard to see since its on top.

I spent 6 hours fixing the mess. That's what I did with my Boxster today.



Um wow just wow!! I can believe they scratched up the brakes, but I can't believe he left that rag in there. Did the owner at least give some money back?
