There is a guy on Rennlist that sells them, he has a (not very active) page on Facebook and also sells them on eBay. He put one up with no reserve and I got it for really low

I got mine for $41.01
It did not come with a gasket or nuts but I got them for very cheap with my next parts order. And I think for $5 or so he will add them, I didn't know that at the time though.
My hood doesn't look quite as nice as the one above
