A good point here...invest in frequent oil changes, best practice is to change every 5,000 miles at least once a year or 6 months if possible. If you learn how to change the oil yourself it can be done for about 55-60 bucks in parts and oil. All you really need to do it is a set of ramps a ratchet with hex sockets and the oil filter tool. Investing in the ln magnetic drain plug, a spin on filter and a torque wrench would also be good ideas. Dealer will charge about 180 bucks to do this so you'll save a lot if you learn yourself. Good videos on YouTube detailing the process for these cars.
