Looks like the rear toe arm was sheared off. Generally, this is a relatively affordable ($130) and easy part to replace. The car will definitely need an alignment.

However, with this kind of serious suspension damage, you need to have the entire car and all of the suspension components fully inspected by a professional as there are likely other components that may have been damaged.
