Take the money from the insurance company and go and get another one. Even if you fix it up, it will still be registered with DVLA as a Cat C write off. You won't get the money back that you poured into repairing it. Also, you will probably struggle to get it insured again for the road.

Print out cars similar to yours in age and specification from autotrader and other cars currently for sale and use it as a bargaining tool with the insurance company to get your insurance payout maximised. Don't accept the first offer they make you unless it is within 90% of the cost of buying a similar one in the market today.
