Negative camber will give you better cornering, but the tires will wear unevenly
Both sides should be the same or it could handle oddly

When I had mine done, They had me sit in the drivers seat and adjusted for my weight

Mine is aligned to:

Front
Camber -.2 on both
Toe 0.0 on both

Rear
Camber -1.6 on both
Toe +0.05 on both
