I have a similar issue. I fill a bucket with soapy water and wash the car. I fill the same bucket with clean water and rinse. Chamois dry. Our cars are so small that it takes very little time, 5-7 minutes. I do the same thing with the wheels and tires, 3-5 minutes wash and rinse. Windows, 3-5 minutes.
