Parking brake and reverse for me in the garage, when parking outside the house it is usually parking brake and whatever gear I think I will drive off in, either 1 or R.
At the track, gear only and never the parking brake. I coast into my desired parking spot and shut off the engine with no foot brake or parking brake application.
