The first time I took my pads out and put them back in, due to rotor swap, I reused the same hardware (fronts only and only one side because I then realized you don't have to take the pads out)

This past September/October I changed pads as part of the caliper paint/stainless brake lane operation, and I did use all new hardware, partly because I did not know how old the existing pieces had been on there. I used Centric brand, which was much (I mean MUCH) more affordable than the Porsche brand. I got them from Rockauto which shows the correct picture. You can also get from Amazon, but they do not show the correct picture. Each kit has the hardware to do both fronts or both backs. They were around $7.00 each.

Front hardware: 11737004
Back hardware: 11737008

Because it was so affordable, I would probably use new ones. If I have to take my pads out for any reason without doing a full pad change, then I would probably re-use the hardware.

I re-used the brake shims in the front, I just took them out and cleaned them up good, and then put them back in with the new pads (which I put some anti-squeal/glue type of stuff). My backs didn't have any shims, and so I reassembled without them (I could not find an aftermarket rear shim, and the OEM were sooooo expensive, and it looks some folks don't run them anyway)

Are you changing pads for track use?
