If you go to FB, and go to the video, (not playing inline but in its own little popup type of page, you can get there by clicking the title of the video), and then at the bottom click "Get link" and then paste that in here, it will look like this:

Then everybody should be able to see it, even if they are not on FB.

Edit: please note this is one of my videos as an example and not Mike's COTA video.
