I hope the Car turns out better, but with that kind of impact many things must get realigned and replaced for it to once again have the famous handling qualities of a Boxster.

It will be interesting to see how it turns out but experience suggests that it will never be quite the same even though it might look good again some day.

Odd that a lender would accept Liability insurance only (3rd Party) with an expensive to fix performance car.

Thats another lesson, to get enough insurance to cover the loan in an accident.

Like all the others said, it might be a better idea to get a Boxster with no engine and transfer the engine/transmission into a good body.

Price wise you can get that here in the US for $4000 USD ~ $2000 EU and it might cut your repair costs by a couple thousand or more and you will have a car that still handles like an accident free Boxster.

Best of luck to you with the repairs.
