If that is ok then I would start spraying the car to see where the water intrusion is coming from. Even pull up the back carpet and maybe even the seat to track it. Just remember if you pull the seat to disconnect the battery otherwise the SRS light will come on and wont come off without the proper tool.

This is a good suggestion. I had a similar problem in my wife's BMW 325i with water intrusion into the passenger rear seat footwell. I sat inside while she sprayed the car with a hose and we found that the passenger rear door seal was leaking. Seal appeared to be in good condition visually but obviously was not making a good seal. Never would have found it any other way.
