Maybe the same reason in the US and countries with LHD the right rear tires wear slightly faster due to the tighter radius of right turns vs left turns? Maybe the opposite factor for the brakes? Maybe the driver side works slightly harder since that wheel has different load? The brakes need to work harder since that wheel isn't scrubbing?

Or maybe there is more weight on the driver's side?

Or... maybe your calipers need rebuilding J/K
