that is a little bit disappointing that Pelican Parts are still selling the old tool.

beside the depth, is there any other difference between the tools?
i mean, if the desired depth is 13mm and the "old" tool will drive the seal to 14, it should be pretty easy to alter to old tool to get to 13.
