I don't know the specifics of the class action claim, but if it's an opt out type of action, you are bound by the terms of the settlement unless you filed an opt out. Best case scenario for you is you can still file an individual action against Porsche, but that will cost you tens, if not hundreds of thousands in attorneys fees to bring your claim.
