How about changing the oil and filter? Fuel filter? Easy access since you're in there.

Check for any oil seeps/leaks. Check the suspension components for worn bushings. Check the drive shafts for clicking or rough feeling CV joints when rotating (slowly). Check wheel bearings for slop/noise/rough feel.
