This is my first thought: The motor usually turns a cable or a screw. Reach under the seat (vice-grips?) and manually turn it to move the seat. This approach may be awkward, hard to reach, and very, very slow, but it might work. Or find a way to disconnect the control/cable mechanism to allow the seat to slide manually.
