There is the same issue on the Boxster with some of these air flow kits. The air flow sensor either does not see the air or sees too much.
The other issue is the use of oiled filters - all the kits I have seen use an oiled air filter. The oil can migrate to the sensor and you get a check engine light.
But when they work people sure like them. Jeff
