The nuts were tack welded but the bolts still turned. All you need is a simple socket set and a long socket extension to reach two bolts.
Im glad you had no issue.

Yours however must be different from mine. Mine have no adjustment at the front. There is a welded flange that that bolts up to the rear of the headers and that's it. Likewise mine have no tacked in nuts.
