I have used several sets of EBC Redstuff ceramic pads. There is virtually no dust, grab much better, and don't fade as easily as the stock pads. I didn't find any downside at all.

Oh wait, the only downside is that the break-in period for EBC pads can be up to 200 miles and they might squeal a bit during break-in but the squeal goes away completely thereafter.
