HP x 10% Efficiency Loss (guessing here) = HP Loss
HP + Efficiency Loss = Total HP used
so lets figure ~160 watts for the lighter
160 / 745.7 =.215
.215 X .10 = .0215
.215 + .0215 = .236hp
