I have used both EDC Redstuff and Yellowstuff which are reasonably affordable.

Redstuff works well when starting out in DE and you need something better than stock pads (also very low dust and no squeal after break-in).

Yellowstuff works even better once you are good enough that you're melting your brake wear sensors and frying the Redstuff pads (they are also fine on the street and have average dust but no squealing after break-in).
