Click on the 986forum.com logo in the upper left corner to go to the home page. Then scroll down to Off Topic and click on Site Assistance and then post your request.

Another way is to click into any of the forum categories (like General Discussions) and under the "Threads in Forum" header at the top of the threads you will find a link to the moderator (rwkei). Click on the moderator name and then send a private message.
