Probably normal break-in for the new pads. Sometimes it can take up to several hundred miles before the squealing stops.

You can try removing the pads and using an anti-squeal spray or liquid on the back and edges of the pads to try to quiet them down. This may not improve things if the problem is the natural break-in of the pads but its cheap and easy.
