I belong to the Porsche Owners Club (
www.porscheclub.com) in Socal which runs the events. The fee for Laguna Seca was $695 for the three days including professional instruction (which I used for two sessions on Friday and one final checkout session on Saturday morning since this was my first time at Laguna). My best time was 1:56 which was competitive for a stock base-model 1999.
Next stop is a one day DE at the Streets of Willow next weekend ($150) and then AutoClub Speedway in Fontana for a weekend of time trials on the 24th-25th($395).
As you can see, I've kind of become addicted to the track.
