I once was a part of a marketing sales force for one of the most dominant companies on the planet. Research shows that the "bad treatment" story will be repeated extensively, the cost of which will easily eclipse what should have been a simple replacement.


My motive power bleeder started leaking from the gague after one use. The new company owner emailed me and said hey no problem I'll replace it or fix it free, thanks Marco for being a good steward to your loyal customers..
