The 4 wheels I have are actually considered front wheels only and I had to buy them individually to get this type of set (actually bought 2 sets of wheels and sold of the back 17x9s individually) -- a long tedious process...
I happen to have color crested oem porsche inlaid center caps I can include for an additional $100 and shipping from me would be around $100 via FedEx ground.
Not sure about California but around here reconditioning a rim is $129 PER wheel/rim as an FYI
