70000 to 120000 miles is a bad time to own a Porsche, just about all the consumables will need to be replaced.
Some of these are:
struts
rotors
clutch
brake hoses
coolant hoses
air/oil seperator
oil filler tube
coolant tank
track arms
wheel bearings
convertible top and trannies
windshield is usually full of nicks and scrapes
