I'm not exactly located in US as well so.... I've got a set of original colored center caps from a guy in Germany before and everything turned out well. I guess it's just a matter of luck. There was this guy that purchased a car and got ripped off $20k.
Paypal says they'll come out with a resolution very soon. So I'm going to wait till end of this week to see what happens
