You need to get and install the spinlocks. You can get them at Suncoast Porsche or your local dealer. I got mine at Suncoast. There is a great install guide on renntech here:

Make sure you look at the photos carefully and that you don't put them in upside down.

It will make a big difference in the winter plus the car will be a lot quieter.

Good luch with it. Take your time and don't get frustrated. It's a faily easy job.
