Moderator approval

Hi, I was wondering how long it takes for a moderator to approve a comment and if this is done for every comment I will be making. I made a rather lengthy explanation and question thread yesterday and it doesn't seem to have been posted. I had just registered and confirmed it via email. Thanks for any info!

This post appears to be your first. I suggest you repost your question again.

Hi Rick, I did try again and unfortunately got the same message. This time I was smart and typed the entire post in word first hahah! It's weird this is happening but I guess I'll just have to wait and see.

Hi ttmedical, the system might do that if you have low post count to circumvent robots. I believe once you get over 5 posts it should stop doing that.

I'm in the same boat, do we need to just make 5 posts first? Are our new threads perma-blocked by the system or will our threads eventually be approved by mods?

I just tried to make a new post twice and I don't want to keep trying if they're all just queued up somewhere. Luckily copied my thread to the clipboard as I've seen vBulletin in action before
